The Pleinmont Fairy Ring

Other Names: La Tables des Pions

This is an stone circle and "table"

It is said if you walk around it three times and make a wish then it will come true

It was built as a place for the less important members of the Chevauchee parade to eat. The Chevauchee parade took place every two years to make sure the Chemain du Roi, or path of the King was clear.

The parade started at Vale Church and ended at Grand Harve. Pezeries Point was one of the places they stopped to eat. The officials sheltering in a tent and the others around the fairy ring.
