CHAKRAS

First used by the Sumerians over 7000 years ago called the Ayurveda Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheels” or “circles of movements” In addition to the major chakras there are secondary chakras on the palms of the hands, back of the knees and soles of the feet. There are also tertiary chakras on your fingertips and toes Everything living contains energy and energy contains information. This energy communicates all internal and external experiences.

Base Chakra

Meaning: Root or Support

Location: Base of Spine, bottom of coccyx at the perineum halfway between the anus and the genitals.
